COVID-19 MEASURES TAKEN

As Talas Loft, the health and safety of our guests and employees is our top priority. In order to create healthy and safe areas for our valued guests and colleagues, we continue to increase the intensity of preventive health measures in the fight against coronavirus (Covid-19).

We closely monitor every stage of the new type of coronavirus Covid-19 crisis processes, which has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization, and we carry out controls in order to make the measures we have taken with a zero tolerance point of view during the return of our facilities to the normalization process. Within the scope of Covid-19, we would like to share with pleasure that all necessary actions have been taken in order to provide our guests with a flawless experience and hygiene service and will be revised according to each new regulation.

  • Our measures are shared with guests and employees on digital or written document boards in all public places, rooms and elevators. Necessary information is provided on hygiene.
  • The use of elevators is regulated and limited according to social distance rules. Necessary warning and information signs are placed in common areas, in front of and inside the elevators.
  • Hygiene and cleanliness training was given to our employees in all our branches.
  • Each employee wears masks and communicates with our guests by following the social distance rules.
  • Products with TSE certificate are preferred for masks, gloves, hand disinfectants, general area disinfectants and cleaning materials used in the facility.
  • Their fever is measured and recorded at the entrances of each guest and staff. Those with high fever are not allowed into the facility and the situation is shared with the health units without delay and the customer / employee is transferred to the health institutions.
  • Before each customer, our rooms are ventilated, disinfected and surfaces that are frequently touched by hand; Care is taken to clean door handles, batteries, frequently touched buttons, telephone handset, television remote, kitchen cabinets and toilets and sinks.
